Restoring Pittsburgh, one home at a time.
TNA Investments is a Pittsburgh team of operators, builders, and project managers focused on bringing distressed homes back to life — and renting them at fair prices to the people who make this city what it is.
Pittsburgh's neighborhoods deserve better than vacant buildings and slumlord flips.
We started TNA Investments because too many of Pittsburgh's best blocks had houses sitting empty — boarded up, neglected, or chopped into low-quality rentals that nobody wanted to live in.
Today we work across Lawrenceville, Bloomfield, Squirrel Hill, East Liberty, Shadyside, and the Strip District — buying the homes others have given up on, restoring them down to the studs, and renting them to Pittsburghers who deserve a place that's actually been taken care of.
We're not a brokerage and we don't manage for outside owners. We own what we fix, which means tenants get a landlord who actually picks up the phone, and sellers get a cash buyer who can close fast.
People you can call — and who will pick up.

What our tenants say.
We measure success by how long people stay — and what they say while they're here.
"The unit was completely redone when I moved in — new kitchen, new bath, the works. Maintenance requests get answered the same day. Best landlord I've had in Pittsburgh."
"They took an old building on my street that everyone had given up on and turned it into something the neighborhood is actually proud of. Then they rented it at a fair price."
"Honest, responsive, and the apartment feels brand new. The TNA team actually picks up the phone, which is rare around here."
"Renewed my lease for a third year. Quality finishes, reasonable rent increases, and they fix things before they break. Couldn't ask for more."
"Moved in right after renovation. You can tell they care about the work — not just slapped-together flips. Feels like home."
"Fair pricing for a beautifully restored unit. They clearly invest in the buildings instead of just collecting checks."
